Are these placemats genuine leather?
No. This collection uses PU or PVC faux leather. Every quotation identifies the actual material. We do not market synthetic products as genuine, full-grain or natural leather.
Do you keep PU and PVC materials available year-round?
We maintain year-round reserves of core PU and PVC faux leather materials, including regularly used grains, thicknesses and standard colors. Availability is confirmed against the required quantity before quotation and sampling.
How do you control color consistency on a large order?
After the sample, specification and quantity are confirmed, the required material is allocated from a single approved lot before mass cutting. Color, grain, thickness and backing are checked against the approved sample.
Can you produce a custom-matched color?
Yes. For colors outside the regularly maintained material range, we arrange custom matching and submit the material for approval. After approval, the required quantity is produced or allocated as one controlled lot.
What is the wholesale MOQ?
Custom production normally starts from 500 pieces per design or color. The workable MOQ depends on the selected material, construction, logo method and quantity per color.
Can I mix colors or designs in one order?
Mixed colors or designs may be arranged depending on the material, production method and quantity per color or design. We confirm the workable combination and MOQ before sampling.
Can you add our logo to an existing design?
Many designs can support debossing, foil stamping, screen printing or another suitable method. We confirm compatibility with the selected surface before making the sample.
What placemat details can be customized?
Available options include color, dimensions, shape, thickness, surface texture, edge finish and logo. Feasibility and MOQ depend on the selected material and construction.
How long do sampling and production take?
Samples using standard maintained materials and straightforward branding are typically ready in 3–5 business days. Custom-matched colors, special materials or new constructions may require additional development time. After sample approval, bulk production is commonly planned around 15–25 days, subject to quantity and specification.
What US compliance documents can you provide?
Applicable material and third-party test documents, including California Proposition 65 reports for covered styles, are available with the quotation.
